Rio's Dawn

This past week I haven't had the best of luck! I've been kind of down and trying to figure out life. Well Sunday my bad luck streak ended. Trevor came into the house right before church started and told me that I had a colt waiting for me at the pasture. I hurried and put my dress on and ran down to see. Of course all of us were late for church cause everyone had to check her out, but my little colt made it. And I'm so excited about her. She will be an awesome horse. Just goes to show Heavenly Father is always there for me and knows just what I need when I need it! :)
Her name is Rio's Dawn, after her Mom and dad :)

Being home and other stuff

I am now done with my first semester at UVU and boy does it feel good. I actually really enjoyed school there, and learned a lot. I hated living in the city, but I made new friends and had some really good times. One of the last things I did before moving home, was hike to the Y with friends. This first time I just went with my friend Jessica Starr, and then she decided it would be fun to invite our other friends along. So two days in a row I got a good work out. But I'm glad to say that I actually did it, and I don't think I'd mind doing it again sometime. But now that I am home I am happy to be here. I've stayed pretty busy hanging out with friends and looking for a job. I really hope I find one soon. Things have been really good, and I'm looking forward to the summer weather and the fun that it will bring.
