My Day Off and a little Update

Today I spent my day off spending time with an old roommate! I had lots of fun, and am glad I got the chance to go up there. We first headed off to the mall to have a pedicure. And man was that Heaven. They rubbed my feet, and soaked them in water. After they painted them, they rubbed them again with lotion. I Love my Feet! I can't wait to do it again with Cassie! After that we decided to make an adventure to Park City to see what we could find! NOTHING! We were very disappointed, and ended up back in provo to shop. I searched and searched all day for jean capri's but never found any. I did find a really cute skirt, but not what I went for. I'm just glad I got to get away and spend time with Jess. It was a fun day. I even stayed as far away from the MTC as I possibly could, even though it was a little tempting. Just to let everyone know, Steven is doing really good. He loves it, and I'm so happy for him. It's been a whole week, and I'm still waitng. :) He thinks the Missionaries in his room are a little weird, but what else is new. I hope he continues to love his mission, I can already see how much he has grown. Only 721 more days to go!

Steven

Steven loves dogs especially labs. He can't wait to have his own someday! So Steve caught my horse better than I could. It came right up to him and he put his arm around it. He thinks I should call her Big Sexy. Don't ask me why!

This is us trying to have fun, knowing this is the last night for 2 years. We did have fun, cause he can always make me smile, even if I don't want to!

Well the time finally came. To me it came too fast. I don't think I was ready for this one. Steven headed off to the MTC today, and had to leave me behind. It was probably the hardest thing I have ever done. Two years will be a long time, but the wait will be worth it. Steven is definately worth it. He has not only been my boyfriend, but also my best friend. I am grateful for the times I had with him, and can't wait for more time. He is an awesome guy and a great example. I am proud of him for choosing to serve a mission, even though I know it is hard. I will miss him so much, but I will look forward to his letters. I just want him to know that I love him. I also want to thank my family for being there for me in this hard time. I love them very much. Thanks Trina for the stationary and pie, and thanks to Cassie for coming up to provo to go to lunch with me. My brothers have also been there for me and I love them. My parents have done so much for me through out this process. Thank you all for the encouragment and love. I love you all! If this picture doesn't explain it I don't know what does?

I love my Dad!

I want everyone to know how much I love my dad! He is the greatest guy ever! I would be no where with out him. He has been there through it all, and still continues to be there for me. What an awesome guy! He works so hard and provides for the family. He had blessed us so much. He is a great priesthood holder, and has blessed me so much. Thank You for everything Dad! And thanks for continuing to be there for me whenever I need you! I Love You!

My New Horse

So I've always wanted my own horse, but never had one. I used to always ride my dads horse Freedom, but Ryan took her away from me on Friday. So he had to find me another horse. Ryan found this horse and was pretty impressed with it, so we had to go check it out. Of course I fell in love with it. She was a pretty horse, and even though she had sore feet she was good to ride. So I gave my dad the smile, and we ended up taking her home. Her feet are getting better, and we are trying to get her in shape. This is my present to try and keep me happy while Steven is gone. I hope the time goes by fast. Even though I love my horse, I will still miss Steven so much!

My Weekend

Thursday I spent the day with Steven buying stuff for his suits. He took me out to lunch, and talked a lot. It was a really good day. That night I came back and had my hair cut and colored. It's taking me time to get used to but I think I am starting to like it now. Hopefully it doesn't look too bad!
Friday and Saturday the team me and my dad coach, played in their very first tournament. Lets just say things weren't too pretty. They got 10 runned almost every game. They seemed to be doing better in their second game, as long as they didn't swing the bat, they would be walked. And we finally scored some runs. We now have LOTS of things to work on in practice, it's hard to get it all in practicing one day a week. Hopefully we can be a little more prepared next tournament. After Friday's games I went and spent some time with Steven and watched the Dodgers game. It was a lot of fun. I sword fought with his little brother, and had ice cream with the family. I needed something fun to do after my teams big loss! This is my dad telling me the players were swinging wrong. What else is new?

This is Jessica playing for her first time. She got hit in the head with a pitch, but atleast she got on base.

My Fun Day

I spent my day working and just hanging out. I love my job! I work in the Feed division office, and get to visit with all the turkey farmers. I get to put up with a lot of teasing especially from Steven's uncle Gary. He calls into the office and pretends to ask me on a date, I get all nervous and turn red, until I realize it is him, and have to remind him I only date Steven. After work I went on a walk with my mom and dad, and made it all the way to the fish hatchery!! It took us about 20 minutes up and 20 minutes back, but now we can say that we made it. On the way home we stopped at my grandma's house and I played dodge ball with my cousins, and of course Girls won. And if you know me I don't like to lose, so I do whatever it takes to win. So I had a good day of work, and a night full of exercise!
